HRPLD, with a membership of 800, provides services to all HR Professional Members in the area including London, Strathroy, St.Thomas and Woodstock, with the following strategic focus:

Strategic Goal Statements for 2011-2012
- Leverage areas of expertise within the membership by creating opportunties for growth and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize communication tools to promote HRPLD and our key messages and that also facilitates two-way communication between HRPLD members and the chapter executive.
- Align our strategic priorities with HRPA strategic priorities to ensure members are receiving timely and consistent messages on provincial initiatives.
- Build partnerships with organizations that promote the value added importance of human resources in organizations.
- Develop a formalized planning tool for the chapter that includes volunteer on-boarding practices.
