HRPLD, with a membership of 800, provides services to all HR Professional Members in the area including London, Strathroy, St.Thomas and Woodstock, with the following strategic focus:

Strategic Goal Statements for 2011-2012

  1. Leverage areas of expertise within the membership by creating opportunties for growth and knowledge sharing.
  2. Utilize communication tools to promote HRPLD and our key messages and that also facilitates two-way communication between HRPLD members and the chapter executive.
  3. Align our strategic priorities with HRPA strategic priorities to ensure members are receiving timely and consistent messages on provincial initiatives.
  4. Build partnerships with organizations that promote the value added importance of human resources in organizations.
  5. Develop a formalized planning tool for the chapter that includes volunteer on-boarding practices.
