Why Mentorship?
Mentorship is an opportunity for members to share and leverage their knowledge for the continued development and enhancement of the Human Resources profession.
The mentorship progam provides guidance and coaching to new human resource professionals (mentees) in the practical day-to-day application of HR best practices at their workplaces. It will support learning and development in HR and can contribute to furthering one's career and to the achievement of the CHRP designation. The mentorship program provides a valuable forum for experienced HR professionals (mentors) to discuss relevant HR issues and practices. Its an opportunity for both mentors and mentees to share information, to expand their knowledge, and to build a valuable network of resources.
