Mentorship Program Requirements
The Guelph and District Mentorship Program runs from September until June. Applications for the upcoming program year are due each May.
The mentorship program participants are responsible for:

Committing to a one year program from June to June, as well as 2-4 hours per month to meet as a mentorship pair (September to June)

Committing approximately 2 hours for the program launch, mid-session meetings (2) and program wrap up session held throughout the program year

To complete an application detailing their preferences and expectations

To complete an evaluation processes at the midpoint mark

To provide constructive feedback tot eh committee on the program
All participants must agree to accept and comply with the following:

Be respectful of each other, other program participants and the resources offered to the relationship

Value and time commitment

Attend and be on time for al scheduled meetings and/or program sessions

Open and honest communication
-
Willingness to define personal and professional objectives and accept feedback on same

Willingness to participate in all phases of the mentorship program as established by the association

Provide honest and balanced feedback

Respect confidentiality
