Am I Eligible?
A mentor is a person who:
- has a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and has acheived the CHRP designation or
- has a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR
- is a chapter member in good standing
- is able to make a commitment of 2-4 hours per month
A mentee is a person who:
- has less than 5 years of work experience in HR
- may be working towards or has recently achieved their CHRP
- is a member in good standing
- may be a new graduate who is currently working in HR
- is able to make a commitment of 2-4 hours per month
