Mentorship Program

HRPA Grand Valley Chapter is proud to be running our 8th Annual Mentorship program for the 2012/2013 year. This program has been highly recommended by past participants and as a result our participation rates have more than doubled. To continue the programs success we need your participation.

What is the Mentorship Program?

The mentorship program provides the opportunity for a less experienced HR professional to gain knowledge from a more experienced professional. Participants are matched based on their personal experience, goals and expectations. If successfully matched, participants will meet with their partner for 3 hours per month from September through June. In addition they will be required to attend three group meetings held in September, January and June.

How do you apply?

If you would like to apply to the 2012/2013 program, complete the below online application and email your resume to Mentorship@hrpagrandvalley.ca by June 15, 2012. Interviews for the 2012/2013 year will be completed between July and August 2012.

Participants must be HRPA members. Mentors must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources.
