The Durham Chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) welcomes you as a current or potential member.
In accordance with HRPA by-laws, the Durham Chapter recognizes the following membership categories:
- CHRP Member - a member who has been granted the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
- Practitioner Member - a member who is working towards or has achieved the academic requirements for the CHRP designation, and who is concurrently completing the prescribed experiential requirements.
- General Member - a member who is working in the HR profession but has not attained the CHRP designation, nor is pursuing the Association's academic requirements.
- Student Member - a member who is taking approved HRPA Human Resources Management courses on a full-time basis and who is not employed in the human resource profession.
