Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is a standing committee of the Board. The purpose of the Membership Committee is to: develop and implement strategies for new member recruitment, member retention, and recognition, maintain through the relationship with HRPA an up to date, accurate membership list, address membership satisfaction and issues / concerns about the ‘value’ of membership.

As a standing Committee with the Board, the Communications Committee’s goal is to support the HR profession by keeping the HRPAD members informed on events within the Chapter as well as relevant HR events in the Durham Region.
