As a standing Committee with the Board, the Communications Committee’s goal is to support the HR profession by keeping the HRPAD members informed on events within the Chapter as well as relevant HR events in the Durham Region.
The Communications Committee meets every month and actively works to provide our membership with quality sources of information pertaining to the HR field in and around Durham Region. We exercise this in two key areas:
Resource eNewsletter
Every quarter we send out a newsletter to our membership that highlights various happenings in HR within Durham Region and abroad.
Sent electronically, it is part of our “green” initiative that reduces the amount of paper created and distributed in the environment. For more information on our newsletter and how to receive your free copy, please contact our Durham Chapter office.

The Communications Committee looks after the HRPA of Durham’s website and monitors all content on this site.
