Session 4:  Developing An Action Plan

  • Reviewing a typical action plan at the group level and at the unit level
  • Defining critical success factors and ensuring proper execution
  • Doing follow-ups to measure progression

Facilitator Biographies

 

Madeleine Chenette

Madeleine is an executive and Board member of SECOR Group, instrumental in the growth of the company where she has been managing partner and successively led its customer strategy practice, leadership and transformation practice, and innovation development. Madeleine is now the Global Lead of all intellectual capital enhancement and development for the group. With extensive experience in three continents, she is a respected and engaging speaker for international conferences on trends and new best practices.  Madeleine has worked with and spoken at conferences targeted to Human Resources Professionals here in Canada and Europe and has designed, developed  and spoken at three conference focused on this very topic of organizational mobilization.

Philippe Collas 

Philippe is an Associate Principal with SECOR Group and has focused his expertise on organizational development and mobilization.  Philippe has worked with many organizations across the globe on various issues including leadership development and corporate training.  Philippe is a thought leader on mobilization and has spoken at countless events and conference on this very topic.  Philippe is also a lecturer of Management Sciences in Paris, Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and is a regular lecturer on mobilization in Québec and France.

Prior to SECOR, Philippe worked with AXA Group for over 20 years.  In that time, Philippe worked in different fields including marketing, finance, IT and HR. 

 

Kathy Kalafatides

Kathy is an Associate Principal with SECOR Group focused on strategy and transformation.  Kathy has worked with clients across multiple sectors in assessing and focusing organizational capabilities to achieve change mandates.  Kathy has assisted clients in successfully aligning and mobilizing their organizations to achieve success in transforming their business.  Kathy brings a collaborative approach in working with clients, demonstrated through her work in facilitating strategic sessions with Board of Directors, Senior Management, and Project Teams.

 Kathy has been a lead facilitator for over 30 strategic alignment sessions for multiple clients, focused on change imperatives.  Speaker at multiple events, including Strategic Forum (Paris), Capgemini Strategy and Transformation University (La Fontaines, France), Organizational Effectiveness Training, Canadian Retail Banking Presentation (Toronto), Canadian Wealth Management Presentation (Toronto).

Prior to SECOR, Kathy was the Strategy and Transformation Consulting Leader at Capgemini Consulting, formerly Ernst & Young Consulting.

 

Saba Hasanie

Saba is a Senior Consultant with SECOR Group and has expertise in communications and facilitation, change management and organizational development, design and strategy.  Saba has worked with clients across multiple industries including mining, energy, telecom, retail and professional services. 

Saba has extensive experience in human resource planning, leadership and communications.  Saba brings deep experience working closely with many organizations and has lead studies on organizational mobilization. 

Prior to joining SECOR, Saba worked in a leadership role within Human Resources at a telecommunications company.  She has several years of technical human resources expertise and has worked throughout many divisions within HR from selection and staffing to performance management to training and development.
