It seems like we can barely get through a news cycle these days without new allegations of workplace sexual harassment. For behaviour that many of us thought we had evolved beyond, this recent phenomenon is surprising.

This expert panel will discuss what HR needs to know to protect against workplace sexual harassment, including why sexual harassment still exists, what workplaces are higher risk, why victims are reluctant to complain and how employers should respond to complaints while limiting legal liability.
