Jason Questor has close to 30 years’ professional experience in business and information technology management, program, project and product management, marketing communications and learning systems development and delivery. Jason provides business transformation consulting with client management and staff personnel to align organizational culture with strategy, codify business rules and improve business practices. As a management coach and mentor, Jason works to leverage the interpersonal effectiveness and professional and technical skills of organizational leaders to create inspired teams and market leading products and services.
Lynda Keating is an energizing facilitator and consultant with extensive experience in organizational development and effectiveness, culture assessment and transformation, leadership development, learning systems, recruitment strategy and coaching. Her experience has been gained across a wide range of business sectors. Lynda has a proven track record of forging impactful relationships with her clients, focused on achieving business objectives. Known as a thought leader with a recognized ability to build high-performing teams and cultivate customer service excellence, she is experienced in influencing change in complex environments and has a reputation for delivering tangible, bottom-line results quickly.
Lynda has held vice-presidential roles at CIBC and Fidelity Investments, where she led multidisciplinary teams of professionals across Canada and North America. Her focus was the development and retention of key talent, working with senior leaders to translate strategy into practical and effective solutions. She has also held recruitment strategy roles in Bell Canada, Bank of Montreal and CIBC. As a consultant for ACHIEVEBLUE and the Hay Group she has designed and delivered successful organizational effectiveness solutions for many Canadian and international clients. Lynda holds a BA from York University and a BEd from the University of Toronto.
