As Regional Sales Director for Nobscot Corporation, Laura works with HR executives across the globe on improving their employee retention through mentoring programs, exit interviews and new hire surveys. Prior to joining Nobscot she was the VP of Sales with the premier online marketing and communications firm in the HR space.
