ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Brian Gaspar is currently an HCM Product Strategy Director at Oracle Corporation leading the Product Strategy for products in the areas of Workforce Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Workforce Modeling & Forecasting, Workforce Planning, and Workforce Processes, such as OnBoarding, Re-Organizations, Layoffs.
He is also leading the Product Strategy/ Management for Oracle's Fusion Tablet applications. He has over 17 years of experience in Human Capital Management, on the Advisory Board for hr.com's "Workforce Planning and Analytics" Certification program, and
holds 3 patents in Workforce Predictive Analytics.
Brian has worked previously at companies such as PeopleSoft in Product Strategy, Cisco Systems in HRIT, San Francisco State University as an Associate Professor in Business Management/ Human Resources, Talogy, Inc (startup in Predictive Analytics & Workforce
Planning), and began his career at Intel in Strategic Staffing.
